Abstract
Chenopodium botrys L. is a species belongs to Chenopodiaceae which is disturbed in Tehran. Khorasan, Markazi, Hamedan, Azarbaijan and Baluchestan provinces. Areal parts of this plant is used for medicinal purposes , specially for improvement of respiratory system.
As part of screening programme on the Aromatic plants of Iran, we are going to report the chemical compositions of the essential from this plant which is named locally "Dermaneh torki".
