| After the Islamic Revolution in 1978 and the introduction of some jurisprudential concepts such as "village rangeland" and "Outskirt rangeland" caused the definition of these terms and other words such as "rural rangeland", "General rangeland" and "nomadic rangeland" was discussed. This disagreement has been included in issues related to rangeland management since the approval of the Central Headquarters of the Land Transfer and Rehabilitation Boards in 1989, which defined the village Margin and Margin rangeland as two separate religious and legal categories. Proper definition of phrases that have a significant legal burden can have an important effect on the implementation of relevant laws and regulations. According to the duties assigned by law, it has always been the responsibility of the Forests, Rangelands and Watershed Management Organization to determine the boundaries of rangelands and users with customary rights, and in this regard, based on approved instructions The custom of why the license is issued in the name of the Islamic Council of the village. In non-rural rangelands (General and Nomadic rangelands), according to customary records, livestock grazing licenses are issued to individuals by the rangeland audit board. Also, after the village Outskirt and rural rangelands, there is no other area called the Outskirt rangeland. | ||
