Abstract | ||
Factors affecting the tendency to consume organic honey in Kerman with Hekman-Tobit approach. The demand for organic products has increased significantly among consumers in recent years. Also ,due to the high price risk of The se products ,the importance of examining. The factors affecting the analysis of consumer market behavior of these products in the country seems very necessary. Honey is one of the organic products that iran has a comparative advantage in its production world wide. This product and other products due to its high added value can provide some non- oil foreign exchange earning in addition to creating sustainable employment and producing food ,medicine and health needed by the country . In this study ,the factors affecting the choice of organic honey consumers have been studied using the Tobit-Hackman model. The information used was collected through 375 questionaires randomly from households in kerman province in year of 1399. The results showed that income ,processing , cyber space and the price of organic honey compared to non-organic have a positive and significant effect on the tendency to consum . Based on the results ,since among the encom factors ,house hold income has a more impact on the tendency to consume organic food. It is suggested to increase the consumption of these products in the society by controlling and adjusting the price by the relevant organs . | ||
