| حسن نظریان: دانشیار آموزشی، سازمان تحقیقات، آموزش و ترویج کشاورزی، مرکز آموزش عالی امام خمینی(ره) چکیده تیره سرو دارای 3 جنس (سرده) به نامهای سرو Cupressus، اُرس Juniperus و نوش Thuja است. این تیره بر خلاف تیره کاج که هیچگونهی بومی در ایران ندارد، گونههایی از آنها به طور طبیعی در ایران میرویند. از جنس Cupressusیک گونه با نام Cupressus sempervirens با 3 واریته با نامهای زربین C. sempervirens var. horizontalis، سرو ناز C. sempervirens var. cereiformis و سرو شیرازی C. sempervirens var. fastigiataدر ایران به طور طبیعی پراکندهاند. از بین واریتههای آن زربین در درههای سفیدرود و چالوس بین ارتفاعات 300 تا 700 متر از سطح دریا بر روی تشکیلات آهکی جمعیتهای متراکمی تشکیل داده است. در دره سفید رود در ارتفاعات امامزاده هاشم، رستم آباد، رودبار و منجیل جامعه کمابیش یکدست و متراکم زربینستان دیده میشود. سطح وسیعی از دره چالوس نیز پوشیده از این گونه گیاهی است. این گیاه در مرزن آباد و پل زغال تا ارتفاع 700 متر پراکنده است. در سطح پشتی برگهای فلسی این جنس منفذ ترشح رزینی و صمغی وجود دارد. جوامع زربینستان منابع مهم تولید بره موم در این مناطق محسوب می شوند. گونه سرو نقرهای Cupressus arizonicaاز جنوب امریکا به ایران آورده شده است. این گیاه در پارکها و فضاهای سبز کاشته میشود. در سرو نقرهای، رزین علاوه بر منفذ ترشحی در پشت برگهای فلسی از ساقه و شاخهها هم به بیرون ترشح میشود ولی در گونههای بومی این جنس، ترشح به طور عمده از منفذ رزینی پشت برگها به بیرون انجام میشود. سرو نقرهای منبع مهم تولید رزین و صمغ در این تیره محسوب میشود. تنها گونه بومی از جنس Thujaدر ایران نوش یا سرو خمرهای Thuja orientalis است که در علی آباد کتول جمعیتهای متراکمی تشکیل داده است. به علاوه در نقاط مختلف ایران به عنوان پرچین کاشته میشود. این گونه از نظر حجم ترشح رزین و صمغ در تیره سرو، در جایگاه دوم و پس از سرو نقرهای قرار دارد. علاوه بر ترشح از منفذ پشت برگهای فلسی، شاخههای آسیب دیده و هرس شده آن نیز صمغ و رزین ترشح میکنند. از آنجاکه سطح قابل توجهی از پارکها و فضاهای سبز از این گیاه پوشیده شده است از منابع مهم رزین و صمغ در ایران محسوب میشود. در صورتی که کلنیها از اواخر پاییز تا اواسط زمستان در این مناطق، حضور داشته باشند میتوان برهموم با کیفیت و به مقدار زیاد تولید کرد. جنس Juniperus دارای 5 گونه بومی در ایران است. پیرو، بالش خرس Juniperus communis ssp. hemisphaerica بر روی تشکیلات آهکی در ارتفاعات 2000 تا 2800 متر در رشته کوههای البرز، در استانهای گلستان، مازندران، گیلان، تهران و سمنان میروید. اُرس J. oxycedrus در منطقه زیارت گرگان میروید. اُرس، چتنه J. oblonga در شمال غرب ایران در استانهای آذربایجان شرقی، آذربایجان غربی و اردبیل بین ارتفاعات 1300 تا 2600 متر پراکنده است. مای مرز، ریس، ابهل، لمبیر J. sabina در استانهای مازندران، گلستان و سمنان در ارتفاعات 2000 تا 2800 متر پراکنده است و در آذربایجان در منطقه ارسباران در ارتفاعات 1200 تا 1300 متر دیده میشود. اُرس، اردوج J. excelsa در میان گونههای تیره سرو بیشترین پراکنش را در ایران دارد. در منطقه ایران و تورانی در رشته کوههای البرز و زاگرس و در بین ارتفاعات 2000 تا 2700 متر بر روی تشکیلات آهکی ایجاد جوامع اُرسستان میکند. اردوج J. foetidissima در منطقه حفاظت شده ارسباران دیده میشود. جریان ترشح رزین بیشتر در فصول گرم است و در صورتیکه رزین توسط انسان یا زنبور عسل جمع آوری نشود روی گیاه خشک میشود. منافذ رزینی پشت برگهای فلسی در روزهای گرم رزین بیشتر ترشح میکنند و در صورت جمع آوری توسط زنبور جریان ترشح رزین ادامه مییابد. در صورتی که زنبور از رزین مترشحه جمعآوری نکند به تدریج اسانسها و الکلهای فرار موجود در آن تبخیر میشود و ماده جامد باقیمانده که شفاف و شکننده است در سطح منفذ به جای میماند که کمابیش مانع ترشح بیشتر آن میگردد. در صورتی که رزین خشک شده در سطح منفذ برداشته شود ترشح رزین از سر گرفته میشود. در صورت حضور کلنیهای زنبور عسل در کنار این گیاهان میتوان در سطح برگ ترشح مدوام رزین ایجاد کرد و با برخورداری از جریان ترشح رزین در مدت زمان طولانی، اقدام به تولید حجم زیادی برهموم با ارزش کرد. | ||

| The Plant Sources of Propolis from Cupressaceae in Iran | ||

| Abstract The opposite of Pinaceae which dose not have any endemic species in Iran, Cupressaceae has three Genera in titled Cupressus, Juniperus and Thuja whit several natural spesies and under species taxa in Iran. From genus Cupressus, there are spesies Cupressus sempervirens and three variety in titled C. sempervirens var. horizontalis, C. sempervirens var. cereiformis and C. sempervirens var. fastigiata which is naturaly distributed in Iran. In these varieties, C. sempervirens var. horizontalis has producted several high density populations in Sepidrood and Chaloos valleys during 300m to 700m altitudes above sae level on lime soils and lime stones. This variety has producted pure and condensed the Cupressetum sempervirens var. horizontalis association in Emamzadeh Hashem, Rostam Abad, Roodbar and Manjil mountains in Sepidrood valley. The great area of Chaloos valley is covered by this species too. This species is ditributed in Pole Zoghal and Marzan Abad to 700 m altitude. There is one secretory resin and gum pore on the back surface of each scale leaf in this genus. These communities are the most important sources of propolis in these areas. Cupressus arizonica is brought from south of America which is cultivated in parks and green spaces in Iran. In C. arizonica, in addition to resin seretory from the leaf pore, a great volume of resin is also secreted from stem and shoots. But in the endemic species of this genus, the resin secretory is just happened from back surface of scale leaf. C. arizonica is one of the most important sources of resin and gum secretory in this family. The alone species of genus Thuja in Iran is Thuja orientalis which have formed the condensed populations in Ali Abad Katool. Also is cultivated as hedge in the most areas of Iran. With a view to resin and gum secretory volume this species is settled in the second place after C. arizonica in Cupressaceae. in addition to seretory from the leaf pore, the damaged and pruned shoots secrete the resin and gum too. As great surface of parks and green spaces is covered by this species, it is accounted as important sources of propolis in Iran. If the honey bee colonies have been presented in the garden during prune the species from last part of autumn until middle of winter, can collect propolis with high quality and quantity. Genus Juniperus has 5 endemic species in Iran. Juniperus communis ssp. hemisphaerica is growing on lime soil and lime stone in 2000m to 2800m altitude of Alborz Mountain Chain in Golestan, Mazandaran, Guilan, Tehran and Semnan Provinces. The species J. oxycedrus grows in Ziarat area of Gorgan Province. The species J. oblonga is distributed in north west of Iran in West Azarbaijan, East Azarbaijan and Ardabil Provinces between 1300m and 2600m altitude. The species J. sabinais distributed in Mazandaran, Golestan and Semnen Provinces between 2000m and 2800m altitude and in Azarbaijan Province it is distributed in Arasbaran region between 1200m and 1300m altitude. The species J. excelsa has the most distribution between the all species of family Cupressaceae in Iran. It have formed cummunities in Irano-Turanian Region in the Alborz and Zagros Chains between 2000m and 2700m on lime soile and lime stones. The species J. foetidissima is seen in protected Arasbaran region. The resin secretory circulation is usually done in warm seasons and if the resin is not collected by bee and human it will have been dried on the plant. the resin secretory pore on the back surface of scale leaf secretes resin in the warm seasons rather than the other seasons. By collecting the resin by honey bee the resin secretory circulation will be continued and if the honey bee dose not collect the resin, its aromatical and essential maters will be slowly evaporated and the dry transparent and Crystalline mater will be remained on the pore which it will more or less prevented continuing the resin secretory. If this dry Crystalline resin be removed from the pore, resin secretion will be continued. Therefore if we compel the honey bee for resin collecting during all seasons, the plant will be compelled to continuous secretion from the leaf pore, and by having the resin secretory circulation for the long time, the great volume of valuable propolis will be produced. | ||
