| Abstract | ||
| The diet of larvae and fingerlings of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) must contains about 50 percent crude protein and 15 to 20 % crude fat. Larger fish diet contains 45% to 50% protein and 10% to 18 % crude fat. For rainbow trout, high energy diets contain 45-50 % crude protein and 18-24 percent crude fat. The appropriate carbohydrate level for rainbow trout is 17%. In relation to sturgeon, optimum crude protein, energy, protein to energy ratio, crude fat at different great sturgeon growth period at the weight of 3-150 g, 40%, 22 MJ/kg, 20.77 mg protein/Kcal, 17% and 19% and at the weight of 2-3 kg 35%, 18 MJ/kg, 16.59 mg protein/Kcal, 19% and 22%, determined respectively.A diet containing 40% crude protein, 26% crude fat with a protein to energy ratio of 22 mg protein per 1 kcal of good usually of ingredients, has been recommended for achieving maximum growth of Persian sturgeon in fingerling and growth stages. Feeding a diet containing 51% crude protein and 18% crude fat was suitable for finger fish. Generally, for white sturgeon in the grow out stage, pelleted foods with 45% crude protein and 16% crude fat are suitable. In a type of white sturgeon commercial feed crude fat in sturgeon and rainbow trout is close together. Almost rainbow trout need to be 5-10% higher than rainbow trout. | ||
