| چکیده | ||
| در این پروژه ارقام کاهوی باتاویا، میگنونت، پرایز هد، بول رد، تانگو، فرانسوی قرمز، آیس گرین، لاین های 4 و7 و 20 رومن مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند، پژوهش در گلخانه و مزرعه تحقیقاتی پژوهشکده سبزی و صیفی، در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار انجام شد ابتدا نشاهای ارقام تحت شرایط گلخانه تهیه و سپس برای کشت به فضای بازمنتقل شدند. در طول تحقیق شاخص های موثر بر عملکرد مانند طول برگ، عرض برگ، تعداد برگ، شکاف در برگ، طول هد، قطر هد فشردگی هد و شاخص‌های کیفی نظیر تردی بافت، طعم برگ، رنگ برگ، وجود آنتوسیانین مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تجزیه واریانس صفات با نرم افزار SPSS ver16 و مقایسه میانگین ها بر اساس آزمون چند دامنه ای دانکن در سطح احتمال یک درصد انجام شد. مقایسه میانگین های صفات مورد بررسی در ارقام مختلف کاهو نشان داد از نظر وزن بوته و عملکرد ارقام باتاویا و میگنونت بالاترین میزان وزن بوته و عملکرد را داشتند. ارقام تانگو و باتاویا زودرس ترین ارقام و لاین های 4 و7 و 20 رومن دیررس ترین ارقام بودند. ارقام بول رد و میگنونت بیشترین میزان آنتوسیانین را دارا بودند. بر این اساس ارقام باتاویا، میگنونت، بول رد و فرانسوی قرمز و پرایز هد با توجه به خصوصیات مطلوب برای تولید قابل توصیه می باشند. | ||

| Abstract: In this study, the lettuce cultivars include in: Batavia, Mignonette, Prize Head, Bull Red, Tango, French Red, Ice Green, Lines 4, 7 and 20 Roman were evaluated. Assessment of Evaluation of performance Indicators of new imported lettuceVarieties.was conducted in the research greenhouse and laboratory of - Vegetable Research Center (VRC), Karaj. In this study morphological characteristics and quantitative and qualitative traits and yield evaluation, in a randomized complete block design with three replications of 10 new lettuce varieties were evaluated. Cultivation was carried out as aerial, stack and single plant and the distance between the plants between and on the rows was 50 x 50 cm and the length of the cultivation lines was 25 meters. During the research, indicators affecting the yield such as plant weight, leaf length, leaf width, number of leaves, head length, head diameter, head compression, single plant weight, bolting status, as well as quality indicators such as texture crispness, leaf color, leaf flavor, presence of anthocyanin were evaluated. Traits variance analysis was done using SPSS software and averages were compared based on Duncan's multiple range test. Comparison of the averages of traits investigated in different lettuce cultivars showed that in terms of plant weight and yield, Batavia and Mignonet cultivars had the highest plant weight and yield. Also, Tango and Batavia cultivars were the earliest cultivars and lines 4, 7 and 20 Roman was the late cultivars. Due to the favorable characteristics these cultivars, recommended for production in the conditions of the country. | ||
