Jafari Abstract One of the most important protection policies in agricultural part of Iran is fee support of agricultural products including guarantied and approval methods of bought. Guarantied and approval bought of agricultural products mechanism in recent years have had major deficiencies that removing these deficiencies will be beneficial. Removing theses deficiency will need to assess the two bought way from comprisal effectiveness aspects. In this paper we tried to compare the two method to find out the deficiencies to remove. For this purpose we used field research . Based on historical study and expert ideas we designed research questionnaire and distributed in population sample. Population sample includes 700 expert people at 2010 who works in village cooperation organization in Zanjan Province Which 105 people were selected as sample by random sampling based on Cochran’s formula. After gathering questionnaire we used non parametric wilcoxon test to compare effectiveness of two method. The result revealed that approval method preferred by experts to guarantee methods in increasing quality of agricultural products and decreasing governmental damage resulted from fee support mechanism.
