چکیده
Trichogrammabrassicae Bezdenkois an important egg parasitoid of several lepidopteran insect pests. The parasitism potencial of this parasitoid is affected by insecticides applications. In this study, lethal and sublethal effects of propargite, benomyl, haloxyfop etotyl, imidacloprid and chlorpyrifos were evaluated on different life stages and biological parameters of the insect. Bioassays were carried out by residual contact method on adult stage of the parasitoid at 26±1 , 70±5% RH and a photoperiod of 16: 8 (L: D) h. The LC₅₀ values of propargite, benomyl, haloxyfop etotyl, imidacloprid and chlorpyrifos were 753, 1190, 1731.6, 5.85 and 1.96 mg a.i./L on adult T. brassicae, respectively. The results of bioassays on adult stage showed that chlorpyrifos had the highest toxicity compared to the other tested pesticides. Field recommended rate of the pesticides excluding chlorpyrifos showed lower adverse effects on immature stages of the parasitoid. According to IOBC standards, propargite, benomyl, haloxyfop etotyl and imidacloprid were classified as harmless and chlorpyrifos as slightly harmful at immature stages. The sublethal effect studies revealed that LC₃₀ of chlorpyrifos and propargite negatively affected the fecundity and fertility of the females; but the other pesticides did not. Intrinsic rate of increase (r_m) values for propargite, benomyl, haloxyfop etotyl, imidacloprid and chlorpyrifos were 0.344, 0.322, 0.338, 0.337, 0.334 and 0.318 (female offspring/female/day), respectively. Results showed that almost all pesticides excluding chlorpyrifos had less adverse effects on the parasitoid. Therefore, propargite, benomyl, haloxyfop etotyl and imidacloprid can be choose for further evaluation including semifield and field studies. Whether getting suitable results in field studies they would be used in combination with T. brassicae as biological control agent in integrated pest management (IPM) programs.

زنبورهای تریکوگراما از مهمترین انگل واره های آفات متعدد بالپولکی میباشند. توانایی انگلی کردن این انگلواره ها در مزارع و باغات میتواند تحت تاثیر کاربرد آفت کش ها قرار گیرد. در مطالعه ی حاضر، اثرات کشندگی و غیرکشندگی آفت کش های رایج در کشت پنبه شامل پروپارژیت، بنومیل، هالوکسیفوپ اتوتیل، ایمیداکلوپرید و کلرپایریفوس اتیلروی مراحل مختلف رشدی و برخی پراسنجه های زیستی زنبور انگل واره، Trichogramma brassicae مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. زیست سنجی ها به روش تماس با مانده سمی روی حشرات کامل زنبور انجام شد. مقادیر LC₅₀آفت کش های پروپارژیت، بنومیل، هالوکسیفوپ اتوتیل، ایمیداکلوپرید و کلرپایریفوس اتیل برای زنبور تریکوگراما به ترتیب 753، 1190، 6/1731، 85/5 و 96/1 میلی‌گرم ماده موثر در لیتر بودند. نتایج زیست سنجی روی حشرات کامل نشان دادند که کلرپایریفوس اتیل بالاترین سمیت را در مقایسه با سایر آفتکشهای مورد آزمایش داشت. با وجود این، ایمیداکلوپرید هم سمیت بالایی روی حشرات کامل انگل واره نشان داد. همچنین نتایج نشان دادند که به غیر از کلرپایریفوس اتیل، سایر آفتکشهای مورد آزمایش در غلظت های توصیه شده ی مزرع های سمیت پایینی روی مراحل نابالغ زنبورهای انگل‌واره داشتند. براساس طبقه بندی سازمان بین المللی کنترل زیستی، کلرپایریفوس اتیلدر گروه آفتکشهای کمضرر و پروپارژیت، بنومیل، هالوکسیفوپ اتوتیل و ایمیداکلوپرید در گروه آفتکشهای بیضرر در مرحله ی نابالغ قرار گرفتند. در مطالعه ی اثرات غیرکشندگی، از غلظت های کشنده برای 30 درصد جمعیت استفاده شد. در مطالعه ی اثر LC₃₀ روی زادآوری و باروری، تنها تیمارهای کلرپایریفوس اتیلو پروپارژیت اثر چشمگیری داشتند. مقادیر نرخ ذاتی افزایش جمعیت (r_m) برای شاهد و آفت کش های پروپارژیت، بنومیل، هالوکسیفوپ اتوتیل، ایمیداکلوپرید و کلرپایریفوس اتیل به ترتیب 344/0، 322/0، 338/0، 337/0، 334/0و 318/0 نتاج ماده بر هر ماده در روز به دست آمدند. براساس نتایج به دست آمده، به غیر از کلرپایریفوس اتیل بقیه آفت کش ها تاثیر سوء کمتری روی انگل واره ی T. brassica داشتند، بنابراین توصیه می‌شود آفت کش های پروپارژیت، بنومیل، هالوکسیفوپ اتوتیل، ایمیداکلوپرید همراه با این عامل کنترل زیستی در شرایط گلخانه و مزرعه نیز بررسی شده و در صورت اخذ نتایج مطلوب در برنامه‌های مدیریت تلفیقی آفات مورد استفاده قرار گیرند.
